Where no off‑the‑shelf connector exists, we write one. Custom software built against the APIs and SDKs of the systems and software you already run, so data moves between them on its own instead of by hand - specified around the way you actually work, so the result fits the business rather than the software.
The physical layer that everything else depends on: structured cabling and wireless, CCTV, access control and telephony. Designed around what the site has to carry, labelled at both ends, and documented well enough that somebody other than us could support it.
AI earns its place in some parts of a business and not others, and the ground moves month to month. We apply it sparingly and keep each piece modular, so a model, a vendor or a whole approach can be swapped without unpicking the system around it.
